And more importantly, a lot of you probably already have most of the ingredients in your pantry/ fridge right now. The best part is you can skip garlic and ginger and they would still taste amazing. 👍I deliberately chose to add garlic and ginger at the last step because they're optional. You can add them in before with the vegetables or you can add them the way I do- at the end. Finely chopped garlic and ginger get cooked rather quickly and the heat from the noodles would be enough to get rid of that raw bitter after taste raw garlic and ginger might have. ✨ 😊Mushroom and Broccoli Chow Mein🍄 • 150 g shiitake mushrooms• 200 g broccoli florets, cut into bite sized pieces• 120 g carrot, shredded • 250 g cooked noodles, (al dente)• 2 tbs sesame seeds• 1 tsp black pepper -• 2 tbs ginger, finely chopped (optional)• 1 tbs garlic, finely chopped (optional)- • 2 tbs chopped scallions (green onions 🇬🇧)• 1 tbs cooking oil[sauce]• 2/3 cup vegetable broth (lightly salted)• 2 tsp cornflour • 2 tbs tamari or soy sauce• 1/2 tsp Himalayan salt• 1 tsp rice wine vinegar • 1 tsp organic sugar• 1 tsp toasted sesame oil 🌱 Instructions:1. Make the sauce by combining all ingredients in [sauce] and set aside. 2. Sauté mushrooms, broccoli, and carrot in cooking oil for a few minutes. Since we cut the florets into bite sized pieces and shredded the carrot, the vegetable will cook much faster than usual. 3. Once the broccoli is cooked about half way, add noodles, followed by the sauce mixture. 4. Allow the noodles to soak up the sauce for a about a minute before folding everything together quickly. 5. Add scallions and continue to cook for a few more minutes.6. At this point you could serve noodles right away or you could add finely chopped garlic and ginger. Then, sauté until fragrant. Serve hot. 7. Tonight's dinner took some effort but it's Vegetarian !Salt & Pepper Deep Fried Tofu (My first attempt from scratch), Vegetables Panfried Gyoza, Poached Kai Lan in Vegetable Stock and Mixed Vegetables (Squash, Zucchini and Carrots) topped with reduced vegetables stock infused with garlic and Sesame Oil... Best one... Deep fried salt and pepper Tofu!Find square firm fresh Tofu, drained, then coat with seasoned plain flour and cornflour.Deep fry on high heat, remove and deep fry again...Sauteéd fresh chillies, spring onions, garlic with freshly grated Himalayan salt... Till fragrant, add in fried Tofu.. Tossed till fragrant and coated... HEALTHY BLACK BURGER. Без глютена, веганский. Сплошная польза! Один из лучших и вкусных способов включить в свой рацион фасоль. А тут еще и полезные булки! 😄 В дополнение к бургеру можно добавить по вкусу кольца красного лука, помидоры, огурец (свежий или маринованый). А для черного цвета, как вариант, можно использовать урбеч из черного кунжута. 🍔Ингредиенты:Для булочек:✅245 г смеси без глютена @garnecofficial (или 163 г рисовой муки+82 г тапиокового крахмала)✅1 ст.л. разрыхлителя✅55 г кокосового урбеча (или кокосового масла)✅225 г кокосового молока 19-22%✅1/2 ч.л. соли✅2 ч.л. бамбукового угля или 10 табл. аптечного активированного🍘Для котлет:✅50 г грецких орехов✅220 г готовой красной фасоли✅по 1/3 ч.л. копченой паприки, кумина, молотого кориандра, черного перца✅1 ст.л. томатной пасты✅30 г рисовой муки✅1 маленькая луковица✅1-2 зубчика чеснока✅1 ч.л. сиропа топинамбура✅1 ч.л. кокосового масла🥑Для гуакомоле:✅1 авокадо✅1/3 лайма✅соль и перец по вкусу✅свежий чили - по желанию🍅Для томатного соуса:✅4 ст.л. томатной пасты✅1 ст.л. итальянских трав✅немного воды 👩‍🍳Приготовление:▫️Смешать сухие ингредиенты для булочек, затем добавить урбеч, молоко и вымесить мягкое эластичное тесто.▫️Выложить ложкой для мороженого шарики на противень. Вмешать муку.▫️Обжарить лук и чеснок в масле и сиропе. Вмешать в фарш. Пожарить котлетки.▫️Для соуса смешать томатную пасту с травами и добавить чуточку воды. Авокадо размять с соком и специями до мягкой пасты.▫️Собираем бургер: режем булочки пополам, намазываем на обе части томатный соус, кладем лист салата, намазываем гуакомоле, кладем котлету и накрываем верхней половиной, закрепляем шпажкой.
