Feeding the kids healthy ish is a challenge. Here is a pizza my daughter made using a wrap as the base. On top, just a bit of cheese, ham, tomatoes and corn. Now this is far from perfect but perfect is not likely with kids and this is a far better option than bought crap and pretty quick and easy. It also get the kids involved in making their food, which hopefully means they will grow up doing the same. Had weigh in this morning so breakfast was just fruit at group. I lost 2lbs and got slimmer of the week! 🤩 can’t believe it after going out for tea last night.
